Job title: R2856807 Rare Blood Disorders CSA（血友病領域 /宮崎・鹿児島） Location: 宮崎県・鹿児島県 About the job 【職務内容サマリ】希少血液疾患領域（血友病）において、担当エリア内の医療機関に対し、製品知識・疾患知識を習得しながら、オルツビーオ、イロクテイト、オルプロリクスの適正使用情報を提供する。また医療従事者との信頼関係を構築しながら、患者さんへの最適な治療を支援し、担当エリアの売上目標達成に貢献する。【主な業務内容】 1. 製品情報提供・プロモーション活動担当エリア内の医療機関を定期的に訪問し、疾病や血友病治療薬に関する科学的・医学的情報を医療従事者へ提供製品の適正使用推進に向けた情報提供活動と安全性の情報収集学術講演会・説明会の企画・運営サポート 2. アカウントマネジメント担当施設の現状分析と課題を把握し、アクションプランを作成し活動する。医師・看護師・薬剤師・病院薬局等、多職種との効果的な関係構築担当エリアの売上目標達成に向けたアクションプランの立案・実行 3. 患者さんへの治療アクセス支援患者さんが適切な治療を受けられるよう、医療従事者への情報提供を通じた支援患者向け資材の案内・活用促進 4. クロスファンクショナル連携 MKT、MSL等の社内関連部門と連携した活動推進社内CRMシステム（OneCRM）を活用した活動記録・情報共有 5. コンプライアンス遵守製薬協コード・社内規定に基づいた適正な情報提供活動の実施法令・倫理基準の遵守 About you 募集要項 1. 学歴・資格要件学士号以上 MR認定証（必須）普通自動車運転免許（必須） 2. 経験要件 MRとしての実務経験（3年以上推奨）希少疾患・希少血液疾患領域（血友病、後天性TTP、寒冷凝集素症等）での経験があれば尚可専門医（血液内科・小児科等）へのアカウントマネジメント経験 KOL（Key Opinion Leader）との関係構築経験 3. 必要なコンピテンシー高度な疾患・製品知識の習得・活用能力（Experienced）医療従事者との強固な信頼関係構築力（Experienced）複数施設・アカウントの戦略的管理能力（Experienced）法令・コンプライアンス遵守への高い意識部門横断的な協働・チームワーク能力 4. 言語要件日本語：ビジネスレベル（必須）英語：グローバルチームとの情報共有のため基礎レベル以上 5. その他の要件担当エリア内の出張対応可能デジタルツール（CRM等）の活用意欲 Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
