IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITIONS WITHIN OUR TEAM, YOUR PROFILE & EXPERIENCE MUST MATCH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years in a project delivery, implementation management, or customer success role
  • Insurance industry experience is essential, meaning a strong knowledge of Policy Admin Systems, Rating Engines, and Insurance Product workflows.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT integrations in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS delivery models & onboarding processes.

Strong communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Customer-first mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Able to navigate complexity & ambiguity in enterprise software projects.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Technically fluent (knowledge of Python & API’s) – able to coordinate integration efforts confidently.
  • Fluent in the English language (both written & spoken)IMPORTANT: Although ideally based in New York, we are equally open to fully remote work (with occasional travel) for anyone based in the Eastern or Central time-zones.
