We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Administrator/Coordinator who is analytical and has attention to detail with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of the warehouse environment will be beneficial to joins this great team at Ravenhall VIC. The position is based in the office working closely with the operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in an Administrative role - Warehouse environment not essential
  • Intermediate MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS Power Point including Pivot tables and Vlook up capabilities
  • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise your tasks effectively with your strong time management to be able to work to deadlines
  • Strong multi taking capabilities
Responsibilities
  • Administration support for warehouse operations
  • Excellent data entry and report building skills
  • Daily use of MS word and excel applications to build reports and presentations
  • Understanding of daily warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance of processes and procedures are followed
  • Other adhoc administration duties
