Overview 负责工厂原料库日常管理：配合财务结账；主持月盘/季盘/年盘；物流供应商管理；仓库设施管理；仓库的安全及后勤管理工作；原料仓叉车工及领班员的绩效管理；与工厂内其他部门的沟通与协作；配合完成BU及部门经理下达给部门的临时工作任务。 Responsibilities 1.负责仓库的日常管理，合理安排仓库运作事宜； 2.月底配合财务结账； 3.主持仓库的各类盘点； 4.管理物流供应商在现场的运作和行为符合公司的安全、质量、效率要求； 5.对仓库设施设备定期进行检查和自主维护，确保正常运作； 6.仓库的安全管理及人员培训； 7.负责原料仓内各班组人员的绩效管理； 8.负责备件库仓库管理 9.负责与工厂内其他部门的沟通与协作，确保流程顺畅 10.根据生产计划及出货计划合理安排叉车司机的排班工作。每月班组考勤的汇总。 Qualifications 1. 熟悉生产线，和各种原材料的使用情况和存储条件； 2. 有叉铲车驾驶证（应聘时考核实操）； 3. 掌握OGS物品使用情况和存储条件； 4. 熟练使用SAP系统及Excel； 5. 2年以上团队（>10人）管理经验； 6. 良好的沟通与协调能力； 7. 踏实、细心、责任心强，熟练使用电脑； 8. 学习能力强； 9. 大专或以上学历。
