KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Active engagement in structured and unstructured play-based learning.
  • Ability to supervise and support clients and staff through behavioural, communication, and sensory regulation goals.
  • Skilled in coaching, leadership, and supporting clinician development.
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening clearance required.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective in-person and virtual supervision to behaviour therapists and RBA candidates, with a regular caseload across Toronto, Oshawa, and Bowmanville, and occasional on-site visits.
  • Oversee and contribute to the implementation of evidence-based programs for children with ASD and related developmental needs.
  • Support Early Intervention Programming in home, centre-based, and childcare settings.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, behaviour support plans, and client progress reports.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RBAs, CDAs, SLPs, and OTs to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Model and train on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioural Interventions (NDBI), NET, and play-based ABA practices.
  • Conduct parent coaching, staff performance reviews, and participate in team meetings and clinical rounds.
