Page Break Job Mission Support the Retail Banking Group by analyzing customer, deposit, and transaction behavior to uncover insights that drive deposit growth, improve customer engagement, and support strategic decision-making. Job Duties * Analyze and manage datasets from internal banking systems and external market sources to support retail banking and customer analytics. * Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can lead to strategic decision making. * Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support targeted marketing, retention, and engagement strategies. * Develop recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards that present complex data in a clear, concise, and consumable format. * Oversee and execute a departmental research initiative focused on identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending actionable solutions, and contributing to cost reduction and organizational profitability. * Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training programs, to strengthen competencies and support career advancement. Skills & Desired Major * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field * Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into business insights * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $19/Hour to $20/Hour.
