JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior analysis strategies and support their growth and development. REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation practices, and patient care standards.
  • Ability to collect data effectively for tracking client progress.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • A background in special education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
