Behavior Therapist (Part-Time & Full-Time) Serving Oak Lawn and surrounding area Pay & Training: $19.00/hour for client sessions and office work once RBT certified $17.00/hour during in-person shadow sessions, pre-certification $15.00/hour for RBT training modules & virtual onboarding $150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment! At Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA), we're looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists. You'll provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in home, clinic, and school settings. Whether you're just starting your career or seeking to grow in the field, we provide the training, support, and career path you need-no prior ABA experience required! What You'll Do Work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record accurate data from each session Collaborate with supervisors and participate in paid ongoing training Maintain client confidentiality while following HIPAA and ethical standards Why Join IABA?
