Description Are you looking to take the next step in your journey as an RBT while studying to become a BCBA? If so, our RBT Clinical Apprentice - Team Lead position may be the perfect fit for you! In this dynamic role, you will bring your clinical talents to lead a team of fellow RBTs and be set up with a direct supervisor to collaborate with. You and your supervisor will work together as you accumulate your fieldwork supervision hours with our hands-on, immersive approach. You will get practice with program and protocol design, assessment tools, initial and ongoing authorizations, data analysis, parent training and more! Primary responsibilities: - Fill in for 1:1 therapy as needed - Assist with elements of caseload management alongside supervising BCBA - Assist with tasks within the Central Reach data collection platform - Assist with new hire and ongoing training of RBTs - Build rapport and maintain effective communication with clients and families/caregivers What we offer: - Health, vision, and dental coverage starting on day 1, HSA option available - Generous PTO structure, 3 weeks accrued in the first year of employment - 401K eligibility after 30 days of employment - 1 paid exam preparation course and first BCBA exam attempt - 8 paid holidays - Short- and long-term disability - Employee Assistance Program Physical requirements: - Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs - Running - Able to sustain impact to body (i.e. being hit, etc.) in any area - Crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods of time - Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes - Full range of motion of hands and arms - Sitting on floor and/or in a chair for long periods of time - Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support Requirements Eligibility: - 6+ months as an RBT or in the field of ABA - Enrolled in graduate courses for ABA
