About the Role: Join NYC Behavior Specialists LLC as an RBT Technician in the vibrant Bronx, NY! Responsibilities: Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to promote skill development and behavioral improvement. Collect and document data on client progress and behaviors accurately. Collaborate with team members and families to ensure consistency in treatment approaches. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during sessions. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding progress and challenges. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for helping others and making a positive impact. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
