Collaborate with team members and families to ensure consistency in treatment approaches. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during sessions. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding progress and challenges. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for helping others and making a positive impact. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
