Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of treatment strategies. Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all client interactions. Requirements: Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to promoting positive behavioral outcomes. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
