In this role, you will be responsible for making 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers, with the goal of enticing them to schedule appointments at our retail stores. Your mission will be to drive in-store traffic and increase sales of new products, services, and upgrades Professionalism: As the leader in the cellular marketplace, we expect all personnel to represent our company professionally at all times. Use controlled reactions with customers and other employees, be respectful of competitors, be knowledgeable, and follow procedures. Show genuine concern for the customer, respect for our company and carriers, and be encouraging to other employees. Key Responsibilities: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to engage potential and existing customers. Persuasively communicate the value of new products, services, and upgrades. Schedule in-store appointments for customers at one of our retail locations. Understand and promote current promotions, product offerings, and upgrade opportunities. Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to maximize conversion. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Collaborate with in-store staff to ensure seamless customer handoff and follow-through.
