Job Objective / Purpose The purpose of hiring a Finance Manager is to lead and manage the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role ensures sound financial control, supports strategic planning, and provides management with timely and accurate financial insights to guide decision-making and optimize business performance. Duties and Responsibilities • Financial Planning & Analysis - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for 3 different business units; Conduct profitability analysis by service line; Evaluate financial viability of clinic expansion, capex investments, and new services • Financial Reporting - Present financial performance and KPIs to senior management and the Board; Ensure compliance with PFRS, IC and healthcare-specific accounting considerations • Cost Management & Operational Efficiency - Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising patient care quality; Monitor and control operational costs • Internal Controls, Audit & Compliance - Strengthen internal controls in handling cash, billing, and procurement; Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors; Address audit findings and strengthen governance frameworks • Accounting Operations Oversight - Supervise general accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, MR & Pricing/Costing) • Strategic & Business Partnering - Partner with operations and provide financial insights for service pricing, expansion, and other projects. • Team Leadership & Capability Building - Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement; Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams Background and Qualifications • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations • Experience in general ledger management, financial reporting, and tax compliance • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting and statutory deadlines • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Programs
