We are expanding our Diagnostics division in Dubai and seeking an experienced RCM Executive to join our team. The role will manage the end-to-end revenue cycle — from patient registration and billing to claims submission, denial management, collections, and reconciliation — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely cash flow.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Healthcare/related field.
• 3–5 years’ UAE experience in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and DHA e-claim systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with LIS/ERP systems is a plus.
