Duties & Responsibilities: · Conduct reliability studies, equipment performance analyses, and trend assessments. · Identify bad actors, perform root cause analysis, and recommend engineering solutions. · Develop reliability KPIs, dashboards, and monthly analysis reports. · Analyze Process and Machinery data to predict failure through pattern recognition. · Improve asset availability through performance monitoring, defect elimination, and reliability improvement plans. · Collaborate with Operations & Maintenance to drive the reduction of recurring failures. · Support CAPEX/Project stages through reliability input (design reviews, RBI, RAM modelling). Support ROC & RSC action plan Support Assessment Management and Reliability Framework, including Process Safety , and AIMS Competencies Solid understanding of reliability engineering concepts (Weibull analysis, reliability modelling). Proficient in RCA methodologies and data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of rotating/static equipment principles. Ability to interpret CBM and PdM technologies. Proficiency in reliability software (e.g., Weibull++, Meridium, etc. is an advantage). CMRP (Highly Preferred) CRL CRE – Certified Reliability Engineer (ASQ) RCA training certification (TapRooT) Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university. Experience: Min. 15 years relevant technical experience in engineering field in large Refinery or Petrochemical
