Job Responsibility We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Compliance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will ensure our innovative products comply with global safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and environmental regulations. You will play a key role in guiding products from concept through certification, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Lead safety evaluations and discussions during new product development.- Estimate certification costs and timelines; manage reporting and issue resolution.- Handle product certification applications across multiple countries.- Ensure compliance with safety, EMC, RF, and environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, EPEAT, TCO).- Collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineering teams.- Communicate with clients and assist with safety-related concerns.- Coordinate with certification labs and manage factory safety inspections.Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.- Proficiency in EMC, EMI, RF, and environmental regulations.- Familiarity with hardware architecture including Servers, Workstations, and Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs).- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.- Fluent in English and Mandarin.**Why Join Us?**You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, compliance excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
