Description Prime Dental is looking for a reliable and experienced Lead RDA to join our high-performing team. What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team of dental assistants to ensure clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction Maintain a smooth daily workflow and proactively anticipate provider needs Assist in surgical and general procedures, including implant cases Oversee sterilization protocols and equipment maintenance Train and onboard new assistants Support the doctor chairside with a positive, proactive attitude What We’re Looking For: Active RDA license in the state of Texas 3+ years of dental assisting experience required Previous experience in implants, oral surgery, or prosthodontics preferred Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Someone who is patient-centered, dependable, and detail-oriented Why Join Prime Dental?
