Description
Establish and improve process conditions and technology. Improve process capability and reduce production costs. Develop and update process management projects. Set process parameters for various semiconductor equipment. Evaluate, promote, and plan for new equipment and materials. Analyze and improve abnormal conditions. Drive fab MMM/OOC reduction and improve inline deviation index. Validate CA/PA and improve RDA event reaction time for Fab AAL/GDM and internal AAL. Align QE to support fab quality activities and customer audit tasks. Control sampling and develop smart sampling to achieve WaR reduction. Review SPC compliance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinate CPM to ensure fab inline stability. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field. Familiarity with SPC and CPM methodologies. Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements. Knowledge of industry standards and customer audit processes.
