What You Will Do Assist the dentist chairside during general dental procedures including composites, extractions, and hygiene support Prepare operatories and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready before each appointment Take digital X-rays and perform other clinical duties within your scope of practice Build genuine rapport with patients and help them feel at ease from the moment they arrive Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Partner with the front desk team to ensure seamless patient transitions Follow all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required Minimum 2 years of RDA experience required Radiology certification preferred Warm, professional chairside manner Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy Reliable, flexible, and team-focused What We Offer Competitive pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays A welcoming, team-first work environment Career growth opportunities within Prime Dental Management
