What You Will Do Deliver skilled chairside assistance across a full range of general dentistry procedures Manage operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization protocols with precision Capture and process digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation Create a welcoming, reassuring environment for patients of all ages and backgrounds Proactively support the clinical team to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow Maintain full compliance with OSHA and infection control standards What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting required Radiology certification preferred Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume practice Strong clinical skills with a passion for quality patient care Professional, dependable, and an excellent communicator What We Offer Competitive pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays High-energy, supportive team environment Opportunity to advance within a growing multi-location dental group
