Description
Sustain and improve RDA/Metrology tool performance through hands-on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Lead or participate in shift pass-downs, ensuring accurate communication of tool status and priorities. Support tool installations, engineering tests, and process improvement projects. Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve chronic tool issues and implement best-known methods (BKMs). Maintain and improve documentation, including maintenance logs and troubleshooting guides. Promote and adhere to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) core beliefs and practices. Associate degree in relevant technical fields such as Mechatronics, Electronics, or Robotics and/or 2 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), progress between day and night shifts every 4 months, and adapt to different shifts and overtime as needed to support business operations. 2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining industrial equipment, automation. 2 years of experience in using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues. 2 years' experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience. Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Science Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years' experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience. 4+ years' experience in leading projects related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement, with a focus on meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
