Description
Ensure Product Quality: Recognize prior and current level out of control conditions and understand when to collect additional data such as additional wafer cans and/or optical or Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images Determine what, if any, SEM or Optical review data needs to be collected and generates proper review samples Complete defect data analysis by using different imaging and software packages along with statistical analysis tools to evaluate data and to immediately inform the shift excursion team to address issues Prioritize work at the SEM workstation to make sure lots are handled based on established prioritization schemes Identify RDA inspection tool issues such as alignment and recipe issues. Advances to the appropriate personnel for troubleshooting Identify potential excursion and/or scrap issues and notifies shift excursion team for proper escalation to process areas Interpret Special Work Requests (SWR) instructions and process through the RDA inspection, review and disposition loop while providing feedback for any issues identified with incorrect SWR setup or execution Stay up to date on current inline defect issues, excursions and be able to recognize known signatures as well as sourcing issues to specific areas/tools Demonstrate basic understanding of the process flow for all devices and apply it towards the disposition of material Understand the functions of key components and structures found on all product types Able to describe the mechanism of how different defects are formed Operates and Maintains Equipment: Perform basic tool operations such as: running in local/hosted modes, changing ports to and from manual and Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) delivery, performing manual alignments, making minor recipe adjustments, and exporting data manually from the tool Assist by putting together PowerPoint reports for various customer needs and provide the excursion team with necessary support to follow up on active excursions Work on increasing skill level by pursuing area certifications Work with shift engineers and module owners to implement changes or modifications to improve shift activities Support Departmental Quality and Efficiency Performance Goals: Provide direct support to actions within job role and/or departmental projects to enable goal achievement Support and Promote Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Policy: Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all team members by identifying risks to our local environment and advancing in the proper fashion to ensure that they are minimized Ensure all safety and environmental compliance-related work tasks are being completed in accordance with existing requirements (LOTO, audits, training, Job Hazard Analysis, use of accurate PPE, evacuation procedures) Ability to navigate through reports/applications and check metrics that provide information on the current health and equipment conditions in the area
