Description
Analyze defect data using SEM, optical review tools, and statistical software to identify process issues. Prioritize and process lots at SEM workstations based on established prioritization schemes. Identify and raise tool issues, potential excursions, and scrap risks to the appropriate teams. Operate and maintain RDA inspection and review tools, performing basic recoveries and adjustments. Interpret Special Work Requests (SWRs) and ensure proper execution and feedback. Document findings, create deviation reports, and support excursion investigations. Assist in creating PowerPoint reports and provide support to shift excursion teams. Promote safety and environmental compliance by following all established policies and procedures. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night), with flexibility to meet business needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and basic understanding of semiconductor process flows. Experience working in a cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environment. Applied knowledge of defect mechanisms and inline inspection tools (SEM, optical review). Previous experience in defect analysis, process control, or quality assurance roles.
