Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to support the design, simulation, and testing of power electronic systems. This internship offers hands-on exposure to converter design, hardware development, and laboratory validation, making it ideal for students passionate about electrical systems and modern power electronics applications.   Key Responsibilities * Assist in the design and development of power electronic circuits such as DC–DC converters, inverters, and rectifiers. * Perform simulation and modeling using tools like MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or LTspice. * Support electrical analysis of components, circuits, and system-level performance. * Collaborate on PCB design and layout for power electronics hardware. * Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of prototypes in a lab environment. * Document design workflows, test methodologies, experimental data, and prepare clear technical reports. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications * Pursuing M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Strong understanding of power electronics fundamentals—switching devices, converters, inverter topologies, magnetics, etc. * Hands-on familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or LTspice. * Basic knowledge of control systems and embedded programming (C/C++). * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.   Preferred Skills (Good to Have) * Exposure to power semiconductor devices, gate drivers, and thermal considerations. * Experience with hardware testing, oscilloscopes, power analysers, and other lab instruments. * Understanding of PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Or CAD).
