Process Efficiency: Streamline, automate and integrate firmwide planning and reporting, in support of a fast-paced, high-performing team Process Re-engineering & Optimization: Structure and drive analytical plans, translating complex problems into actionable solutions by identifying, sizing, prioritizing opportunities and developing detailed implementation roadmaps Lead the analysis of complex data and processes, synthesize clear findings, and design optimal business, operating, and governance models Plan, lead, and manage all phases of complex engagements, ensuring robust project execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, securing their engagement and ensuring the successful adoption of recommendations and solutions 6+ years of experience within financial institutions or serving financial institutions as a consultant. Financial Planning & Analysis experience is a plus.
