We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Reablement Homecare Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in their own homes in the Norwich and surrounding areas.

SHIFT PATTERNS

Our shifts are 07:00 - 14:00 / 16:00 - 22:00
Alternate weekends and evening shifts are a requirement to this role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning.
  • Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring clients are eating healthily.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Administer medication and support clients with their medication needs.
  • Monitor clients’ well-being and report any concerns or changes in health to the management team.
