REACH TRUCK DRIVER 2ND SHIFT Staring Pay - $20.50 + .50 shift premium JOB SUMMARY: A Reach Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center up to 30 feet high. This role focuses on handling palletized inventory in narrow aisles and elevated storage locations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Operate a reach truck to transport, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouse racking systems Place and retrieve pallets from high rack locations with precision Ensure accurate product placement and inventory movement according to warehouse procedures Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and staging of materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity Be able to lift 20-40 pounds frequently EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma Minimum one-year reach truck or forklift experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to safety and quality standards Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to effectively interact with people Able to work weekends when volunteered for or required History of safe work practices Be a team player, who is flexible and easily adapts to change BENEFITS: Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Delta Dental VSP Vision 401k Matching Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Additional Competitive Benefits CORE VALUES: Respect Integrity Courage Impact Android Industries 268 Commonwealth Blvd. Bowling Green, KY 42101 Candidates residing in California or Colorado are not eligible for remote positions.
