Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our Belleville team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating reach trucks as well as performing order picking. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a Reach Truck Operator position is required (Crown and Raymond).
  • Previous experience in Order Picking and use of a Walkie is required.
  • Must have a valid forklift license for Crown/Raymond Reach Forklifts.
  • Must have experience with walkies, dock stockers, and reach trucks.
  • RF scanner experience is considered as a strong asset.
  • Must be comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 50 Lbs.
  • CSA-approved safety shoes.
    Hours of Work: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM/3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
    Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (probationary rate)

Responsibilities
  • Operate a Reach Truck and/or manual walkie to perform daily tasks assigned.
  • Picking, and moving the skids as per the order.
  • Loading, and offloading the products.
  • Shipping, and receiving.
  • Wrapping a skid prior to loading it to the trailer.
  • Circle check of the forklift machine before and after to ensure safe work environment.
  • Report any damaged products to the QC department.
  • Work in a team to meet daily targets.
  • Keep work area neat and clean.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations to have a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
