You’re a proactive go-getter with technical insight and a talent on the reach truck. Safety and accuracy are second nature to you. You’re a flexible team player, stress-resistant, and ready to contribute ideas for process improvements. You’re the indispensable colleague who excels both independently and in a team, taking our cheese production to the next level.

What will you do
Your day will be wonderfully varied. Half the time, you’ll be at the helm of our machines: you’ll set them up, reconfigure them, and make sure everything runs smoothly. With your technical insight, you’ll solve small malfunctions yourself and think along about how we can work even smarter. Quality and hygiene are super important, because we’re working with the most beautiful product there is: cheese!

The other half of the time, you’ll be in your element on the reach truck. With precision and care, you’ll move the cheeses through the warehouse and ensure that the production lines always have enough stock. Safety comes first, because you’re responsible for the correct and damage-free storage of our cheeses. If you notice a deviation, you’ll report it immediately.

• Operate and maintain: You will operate and set up machines, and solve first-line malfunctions to ensure a smooth cheese-processing flow.
• Safely transport: You will move cheeses with the reach truck, ensure timely supply, and safely store goods.
• Ensure quality: You will perform quality checks and record data, with a focus on safety and hygiene.
