What will you do?

• Implement Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices to deliver software of the highest quality.
• Collaborate Remotely: Engage with your team daily to coordinate efforts, foster transparency, and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive Progress: Regularly communicate updates and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and moving forward.
• Enhance Team Dynamics: Work closely with project leaders and teammates to identify and resolve potential roadblocks quickly and effectively.
• Ensure Quality: Participate in code reviews and perform comprehensive local testing to maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional software.

Requirements:

• Experienced: At least 5+ years of experience with React.js.
• Adaptable: Flexible and quick to adjust to changing requirements or challenges.
• Stakeholder-Centric: Attentive to the needs and pain points of stakeholders, striving to exceed expectations.
• Detail-Oriented: Committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and visually appealing solutions.
• LATAM-Based: Residing in Latin America, ensuring alignment with our team’s time zone for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in English: Conversational fluency at a B2 to C1 level.
• Reliable Communicator: Proactive, clear, and consistent in communication, keeping everyone aligned.
