We are a team of track-day enthusiasts building a tool we always wished existed. Our mobile-first approach is central to our mission, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled developer to help us build the future of motorsports.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate React Native Mobile Developer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining our core mobile applications for both iOS and Android. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to all aspects of the mobile development lifecycle and directly impacting the user experience for our growing community.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a React Native Developer, typically 2-4 years.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of the React ecosystem, including state management libraries like Redux.
  • Hands-on experience with native build tools like Xcode and Gradle.
  • Experience with mobile-first UI/UX principles and the ability to implement responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
  • We don’t sponsor HB1 visa

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performant, high-quality, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate wireframes and designs into intuitive and engaging mobile interfaces.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that is maintainable and reusable.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to connect the app to backend services and external data.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
  • Contribute to the entire app lifecycle—from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve our development process.
