We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic product development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications that are central to MyGatePass’s smart visitor management platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead mobile development initiatives, and ensure seamless integration with backend services and third-party APIs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development with at least 2 years in React Native.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, Hooks
• Experience with native modules (Android/iOS) integration
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and cloud integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Architecture & Code Quality: Ensure clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Establish best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Integration: Work with backend teams to integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services (e.g., authentication, payments, maps, push notifications).
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate design wireframes into intuitive and responsive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Testing & Debugging: Implement automated testing, CI/CD practices, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time and aligned with business goals.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, mobile trends, and React Native ecosystem updates, recommending improvements and new tools.
