BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate does not need to match every skill listed below. We consider all applicants on a case-by-case basis and value a wide range of skills.

• Lead full-stack development across mobile (React Native + Expo), web (React + Next.js), and backend (Python + FastAPI)
• Own the full feature lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement
• Deploy and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and web applications using CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Integrate backend services with AWS infrastructure (S3, Cognito, etc.)
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and end users to rapidly triage bugs and iterate on features based on real-world usage
• Maintain test coverage and reliability using tools like Maestro (for mobile) and Playwright (for web)
• Establish and uphold best practices across the frontend, backend, and deployment pipelines
