We’re seeking a hands-on React Native Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications. This role blends deep technical execution with architectural leadership and team collaboration across global locations.
You’ll serve as both the senior-most mobile engineer and the point of contact for key stakeholders in the U.S., while mentoring and guiding developers based in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build high-quality React Native apps for iOS and Android platforms
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code; actively participate in code reviews
• Lead a distributed development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to ship features
• Work directly with U.S.-based senior executives and technical leads to align product vision and delivery
• Drive sprint planning, architectural discussions, technical decisions, and performance improvements
• Implement and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines, OTA updates, and app deployments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mobile architecture best practices
• Experience with native modules, third-party SDK integrations, Expo or CLI workflows
• Demonstrated history of shipping mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play
• Proven leadership in managing or mentoring remote/offshore engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders

Work Location:

• This role is onsite in Novi, MI. Candidates must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Novi.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Background in native mobile development (iOS/Android)
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Firebase, mobile security, and offline-first design
