Job Description – React/Next.js Developer Location: Pune (Work from Office) Experience: 1–2 Years About the Role We are looking for a passionate React/Next.js Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end workflows. Familiarity with Redux/Context API for state management. Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Experience with TypeScript. Exposure to CI/CD, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
