Job Title: Reactive Drainage Engineer.
Location: Kent, UK.
Salary: £35,000 to £39,000 per year. (dependent on experience)
Estimated Earnings: e.g.£38,000 (salary) + Rota Commitments = OTE circa. £50,000. (additional opportunity to earn more with extra overtime, and bonuses).
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 5:00pm.

Blockbusters are looking for reactive engineers that are hardworking and dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Drainage and have the right attitudes on display also a full and preferably clean driving licence is essential. Alongside this we are looking for people that want to learn and grow with a company that have high ambitions.

ESSENTIAL/DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, as a reactive drainage engineer.
  • Full and Valid UK Driving Licence, any points should be declared before a licence check.
  • Skilled in necessary equipment, such as using HPWJ & EMC.
  • In depth knowledge of drainage systems, knowing how to trace out pipe work.
  • Demonstrating the right attitudes, showing enthusiasm for the job.
  • Show a keen eye for detail, and an ability to problem solve.
Responsibilities
  • Perform unblocking, repairs and maintenance of drainage systems.
  • Use specialised equipment such as high-pressure water jetting, Picote and Electrical Mechanical Machinery.
  • Attending emergency callouts and diagnose drainage issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Complete all job reports and documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
