Oakwood Construction Services are looking to add a Reactive Multi Skilled Operative to our growing team.
Oakwood have a proven track record for delivering maintenance and projects to a great standard with customer satisfaction. We are based in maidstone and work across southern England.
We undertake a variety of works for commercial clients including hotels, pubs, restaurants, care homes, schools and insurance works.

Multi skilled operative & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a variety of repair works to commercial and residential properties including
• Painting & decorating
• Carpentry
• Basic plastering
• Tiling & flooring
• Leak damage repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic electrics
• The Multi Trader must be able to leave a finished job in a clean and tidy manner with minimal disruption to the home and it’s tenants
• Out of Hours call Rota - 1 in 5 weeks

Multi Trader Skills & Qualifications:

• Ideally qualified in a Plumbing: Carpentry / Plastering / Painting & Decorating or similar
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety
