Join us and you’ll do the best work of your life and make a difference in other people’s lives The Pacific Retail Fulfilment Operations (PAC RFO) Digital team is responsible to ensure an outstanding customer experience through planning and executing end-to-end supply chain fulfilment process (from product delivery to returns) for Apple Online. We partner with Worldwide and Regional cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations and drive online sell through; plan and implement New Product Introduction (NPI) and promotional events; publish insights on customer preferences and market trends; and play a key role to drive strategic fulfilment roadmap and programs in all Pacific countries. An opportunity exists for a self-motivated individual to join us as RFO Readiness Program Manager. The ideal candidate is adaptable, articulate, and an effective problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will partner with global and regional teams to ensure the seamless and confidential execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns across Online and Retail Store channels. DESCRIPTION Program / Project Management • Own and drive Apple Online and Store launch plans, including end-to-end planning, system setups, execution, reporting and post-mortem, for NPI and multi-channel promotional events • Own launch status updates and executive reporting to Regional and Worldwide senior management teams for assigned line of business and promotions • Partner with cross functional teams and navigate ambiguity to ensure PORs for NPI or promotions get buy-ins from all teams through clear communication of operations trade-off / risks including go/go-no decisions • Be the key point of contact to RFO management and Pacific Operations (Pac Ops) leadership during launch/promotion health reviews and drive risk mitigation under tight timelines Business Performance Measurement and Reporting • Utilize advanced analytical tool such as Tableau to glean historical performance data and KPIs and drive meaningful insights to enable better decisions for launch plans and promotion events • Report performance data and KPIs into concise, high impact performance summaries that tells the story of the NPI/Promotion events successes, challenges, decisions, customer insights. System and Process Innovation • Conduct “post mortem” review of past launches and promotions to identify bottlenecks, challenges or issues to transform process and drive solutions with required stakeholders • Proactively challenge “always done it” mindset by influencing stakeholders through data, strong reasoning and drive improved outcomes for Apple and/or customers • Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives including business requirements definition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required in order to implement new, improved systems/processes capabilities that have impact to peak event planning/execution • Document and implement new processes effectively through change management and cross-functional collaboration MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Willing to learn new process, systems, tools and skills and adapt to rapidly evolving business needs • Bias for action with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues • Critical thinking with ability to see the big picture and zoom into the detail • Good analytical skills, with ability to translate complex findings and analysis to a business audience and executive level • Agile in ambiguity, with an ability to persevere and think clearly under pressure • Minimum 4-5 years of working experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Strong communicator and presenter, with the capability to tailor presentation style to different levels of an organization • Stakeholder Management in a fast-paced matrix organization preferred.
