What You’ll Be Doing

  • The main activity in this department is the processing of various ingredients and the assembly of various salads, ready to eat items, family size meal kits and simple side kits
  • You will be required to work as a team and put together the ingredients to the corresponding container per spec sheets for various salads, ready to eat items, family size meal kits and simple side kits based on a time standard
  • You will be required, based on a timed standard, to clean, cut, portion, measure, weigh and package a variety of vegetables, cheeses, sauces and other various ingredients, into their appropriate packaging
  • You will be required to breakdown fresh produce using food processing equipment or other provided tools
  • You will be required to work in a safe manner and to assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, food-safe production facility

What We Are Looking For

The RTE Assembly Associate demonstrates a solid understanding of produce quality, adheres closely to assembly instructions, and maintains accuracy in counting and inventory tasks

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred
  • Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius
  • Able to stand on your feet for 8 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs (13 kgs)
