We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Account Manager to help strengthen our position as the leading short-term rental management company in North America. This role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with U.S. clients, ensuring their properties succeed on our platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for U.S. clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Optimization: Help clients maximize their earnings by analyzing performance metrics, implementing pricing strategies, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and hospitality teams to enhance property performance.
