JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records related to our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate accounting, including rental income, service charges, escrow accounts, and VAT compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector (UAE experience preferred).
· Strong understanding of property accounting, tenant ledger systems, and IFRS.
· Familiarity with RERA rules, VAT procedures, and DLD transactions.
· Proficient in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Yardi.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
