We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records, while also collaborating with developers and handling CRM systems effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate brokerage industry.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and financial accounting statements.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end closing.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
