REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 1+ year demonstrated experience with Real Estate Acquisitions
  • Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and highly skilled with time management
  • An understanding of capital raising strategic communications and investor relations objectives.
  • Results driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals
  • Ability and desire to help grow a new business line and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience producing intuitive, client-ready emails and newsletters, and decks

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Real Estate Acquisitions and Investor Relation Analyst for 44 Oak Capital is responsible for contributing to the Company’s commercial real estate acquisitions and investor relations. In real estate acquisition responsibilities, s/he sources and analyzes commercial real estate investments for executive management review. In the Investor relations responsibilities, s/he develops 44 Oak Investment pitch deck/Investment offering, articulates 44 Oak Capital’s investment story and functions as the primary interface between the investors and the Company, while educating investors and analysts on the Company’s business strategies and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and evaluate potential value-add commercial (primarily hospitality/hotels) investment deals that fit the company’s investment criteria and strategy:
  • Screen, evaluate and analyze multiple investment opportunities/leads and enter into pipeline
  • Perform due diligence, underwriting, LOIs, calculating NOI, drafting purchase agreements
  • Financial structuring, Excel modeling integration, and respectively finalizing acquisitions terms
  • Monitoring projects until full closing across deliverables and milestone
  • Manage firm’s Investor Portal, CRM, track sales,activity and communicate with investors
  • Manage company’s investor outreach strategy and IR calendar, including coordination of conference calls, meetings and meetings with investors and investor groups
  • Develop investment offering/pitch deck, write/manage email marketing/fundraising campaigns
  • Manage investor onboarding into Investor Portal and mainCollaborate with brand and marketing personnel to develop new strategies to onboard new accredited inventors to the fund.
  • Build and manage a book of inventors and onboard new investors to Investor Portal
  • Represent 44 Oak Capital at industry events and generate investor leads
