One of our clients is looking for a results-driven Entry level Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a sales-focused role with commission-based compensation/ hourly wages.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record in sales, acquisitions, or business development (experience in real estate or property acquisitions is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.

• Identify and source high-potential properties for acquisition to support the company’s growth.
• Reach out to property owners, brokers, and industry contacts to generate leads.
• Evaluate property opportunities quickly and effectively to determine suitability for acquisition.
• Negotiate and structure deals in alignment with company goals and financial targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals in company systems.
• Work independently with minimal training while collaborating with the team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the company’s vision by proactively driving growth and improving acquisition strategies.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and market insights.
