Mobile Management is looking for an Acquisition Analyst to work with the Acquisition team. This position analyzes financial data, public records, and overall trends of a potential real estate acquisition to determine the current value of the property. These findings are used in making acquisition recommendations. This position will continually build financial models when analyzing investments. Mobile Management is a division of Zeman Homes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience with real estate acquisitions analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and statistical software.
• Computer and internet skills necessary for investment analysis.
• Ability to adapt analysis to specified formats, styles, templates, and deadlines for a variety of reports.
• Ability to develop and express sound opinions on investment opportunities and prospects.
• Ability to collaborate well with a team and to adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent observational skills and ability to recognize trends in a particular market.

• Conducts diligent research to support and prepare reports of the organization’s investment potential.
• Reviews and analyzes public records of comparable businesses to predict future financial needs of the target organization.
• Collaborates and continually communicates with staff on the acquisition team.
• Provides buy/sell recommendations in appropriate immediate and long-term markets.
• Uses risk management methods to continually assess changes in the portfolio.
