JOB TITLE: REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS SENIOR MANAGER

Location: Commerce, CA (Hybrid/Remote anywhere in the US)
Salary: $90,000-$190,000 annually (Depends on relevant achievements and experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Manager of Real Estate Acquisitions leads site development for both company-owned and franchise locations. This role drives strategic planning, site selection, and project execution in collaboration with key stakeholders. A critical contributor to the company’s expansion strategy, the position supports the goal of reaching 1,000 store locations by 2030 across the U.S.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years in food & beverage or franchise store operations; residential real estate experience not applicable.
  • Project Expertise: 10+ years in real estate development, project management, or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, urban planning, or real estate.
  • Skills: Strong in negotiation, communication, financial modeling, and market analysis.
  • Mobility: Open to frequent travel as required.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with zoning laws, local market dynamics, and regulatory processes.
  • Certifications: Real estate or project management certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex real estate projects aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Planning: Develop and execute market plans and real estate strategies within assigned territories.
  • Selection: Identify and evaluate potential sites for company-owned and franchise locations.
  • Negotiation: Lead lease negotiations and finalize deal terms to secure optimal locations.
  • Execution: Oversee construction progress and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaboration: Lead weekly meetings with brokers and construction teams to resolve key issues and maintain alignment.
  • Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Manage site agreements and ensure all documentation and approvals are in order.
