Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and direct client inquiry phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence
  • Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Follow up on previous calls to ensure prospects have the information needed to make purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor Property advertisement portals like property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
  • Create and maintain property documents/database
  • Basic accounting skills to assist in discussing payment terms, invoicing, and handling customer queries related to accounts and financial transactions.
  • Provide general administrative work support.
  • Knowledge in basic accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and ask the right questions to identify client needs.
  • Basic accounting skills, including understanding payment terms, invoicing, and financial transactions.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and the ability to stay motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
