JOB SUMMARY:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, coordinating with internal departments and external stake-holders particularly in relation to real estate and development activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within the real estate and construction environment in Dubai, with strong knowledge of property documentation, project coordination, and regulatory procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in an administrative or coordination role within the real estate and development sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate documentation, DLD/RERA processes, and property handover procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Support project management teams in preparing and managing real estate documentation (MOUs, SPAs, title deeds, Ejari, DLD submissions, etc.).
  • Liaise with government authorities, if required.
  • Supervise document control and ensure accurate filing of contracts, permits, and project-related correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for site-related documentation and administrative support.
  • Manage staff attendance records, asset registers, and internal communication protocols.
  • Maintain inventory of office and site supplies and oversee procurement where necessary.
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees and support HR and admin coordination functions.
