JOB DESCRIPTION

Prophunters is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, ensuring smooth office operations while supporting the sales and management teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and documentation.
  • Well-versed in using CRM software for property management and client tracking.
  • Knowledgeable in Trakheesi Permits and Dubai Land Department regulations.
  • Experience in preparing real estate contracts (A, B, F), tenancy contracts, and addendums.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant real estate software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
