Job Description: We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin to manage front office duties and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, professional, and proactive, with the ability to handle a range of tasks efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably a female candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Knowledge of property listings and Form A preparation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Create and manage reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Maintain office records, files, and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other administrative functions.
- Handle office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
